At BASIS Curriculum Schools, passionate teachers and curious students outperform not just the schools in New York City and New York State, but ones all over the world in math, reading, and science.
On Thursday, March 1, we will host an information session featuring a panel of teachers from across PreK–Grade 12 describing how their passion and the unique BASIS Curriculum give students the tools to succeed in the 21st century. During this session you will receive an overview about what the BASIS Independent Brooklyn experience is like from our teachers, our Head of School, and our admissions team. You will also see the demonstrated results of what BASIS Independent kids can do with the right mix of passion, care, and focus.
We will be joined by Ms. Hadley Ruggles, Head of School; Ms. Moon, Early Education Teacher; Ms. Weathers, Learning Expert Teacher; Mr. Kossally, Mandarin and Logic; Mr. Posner, English; Ms. Das, Psychology and Calculus; and Mr. Ingels, Band and Music.
If you have a general question that you’d like our Head of School or faculty to address, feel free to send it in with your registration form on the right!
This event is great for families who have been to information sessions in the past or families who are approaching BASIS Independent Brooklyn for the first time, as it is a chance to learn about the BASIS Independent classroom from the people who know it best—our teachers. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!
