Thank you for your interest in our program. Applying to BASIS Independent Bothell is a selective, multi-step process. Below you will find the application for Grades 2 - 7 for the 2025 - 2026 school year. 

Please complete the application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee in order to begin the application process. If you have any questions, please reach out to the

Applications for the 2026 - 2027 school year will be available in the fall.
